Call Centre Customer Service Advisor

Our well established client who is based in Ashford is looking to recruit a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor.

You will provide knowledgeable and accurate responses to client queries, whether it is potential or existing clients over the phone. You need to be able to handle calls efficiently to keep within their service levels and direct calls appropriately.

As a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve:
*To take incoming calls from existing clients and update or direct them accordingly
*To be able to qualify potential new clients
*Accurately detail client forms when needed
*To help generate new business through the encouragement of referrals from existing clients
*Actively promote any products or services
*Fully utilise databases, providing a detailed sequence of events in the database relating to individual clients

The successful applicant will need to have the following qualities/skills:
*Previous office based customer service experience
*Excellent communication and listening skills
*Polite and friendly telephone manner
*Excellent at building relationships with customers and enjoy providing outstanding service
*Able to work quickly and effectively under pressurised conditions
*Enjoy working as part of a team

Salary: £16,500

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - different shifts (within the period of 8.30am-8.30pm Monday-Friday), the hours will include 1 Saturday per month 9am-1pm.
