On-Site Recruitment Coordinator / Administrator - Sheffield
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced On-Site Recruitment Coordinator to work for one of our most valued client based in Sheffield,S26 post code.
Working on site at one of our client in a rewarding role, helping to bring new staff in to the organisation.
In this role you will be undertaking all administrative processes relating to the delivery of a professional, customer focused recruitment service for the Trust, including:
* Liaising with recruiting managers regarding new and outstanding vacancies
* Checking in staff before each shift.
* Speaking to new and potential members of staff to ensure their application is progressed in a timely manner
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment process
* Use of the computer systems to upload the new staff information
* Ensure all new staff are compliant and have the correct right to work in the UK
Free parking onsite.
Full time hours, Monday to Friday,
This is temporary role starting immediately until January 2018 however it might be extended
This role is paying between £9.00 and £10.00 per hour. You will receive 28 days annual leave, a pension and access to our in house training portal.
To be successful in this role you will be highly organised with a great telephone manner and the ability to prioritise your workload. You will also have good computer skills with experience in Microsoft office including excel, word and outlook.
Ideally you will have your own transport or live local to Sheffield, S26 post code.
