An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Digital Assistant Brand Manager (DIG - Dirt Is Good)) based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 Months working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying up to £36,876 per annum. Pro rata, depending on experience.
Global Digital Assistant Brand Development Manager - Dirt Is Good
The role sits within the 'digital arm' of the Global Brand Equity team, and is tasked with championing digital across both the global and local teams. This includes defining and cascading digital best practice, inputting into both digital strategy and campaign deployment, managing the DiG measurement & reporting programme and consulting on various digital initiatives.
Digital Strategy:
*Global Digital Strategy - assist Senior BDM with creation/optimisation of the Global Digital Strategy
*Digital agency management - help build and manage a Digital agency network
*BETs - consult on / own application of the 5Cs within key campaigns or 'BETs'
*Data pilots - identify opportunities to build case studies / run data pilots to illustrate some of the key choices within the Global Digital Strategy / 5C Framework
Measurement & Reporting:
*Own the Global Measurement programme - including agency management and local market communications
*Create and cascade quarterly reports
*SEO - own and manage the Global SEO programme, including agency management, market prioritisation, content auditing & publishing and reporting
Ongoing Digital Activity:
*Engaging local markets - ensure any local market requirements are actioned, inspire and engage local teams, including championing and cascading Digital 2.0 tools, 5C Framework etc
*Digital knowledge sharing with local markets and other Home Care brands
*Development of new content - manage creation and optimisation of content where required (campaign, website etc).
*Budget - manage any applicable campaign budgets, ensuring project is delivered OTIF and in budget
*E-commerce - support with asset generation and strategy in top markets. Championing innovative e-commerce/best-in-class solutions.
Innovations digital support
*Offering Digital consultancy on any project specifics
*Establishing digital KPIs and monitoring campaign activity
Experience & Skills required:
-Minimum of two years' experience in a Digital-specific role
-Excellent digital knowledge - UX, SEO, data and measurement, website build, digital campaign management etc
-Good understanding of eCommerce - especially in relation to FMCG
-Interest/knowledge of Digital landscape at a global level
-Project management capabilities
-Strong interest in and knowledge of Digital data usage and opportunities
-Familiarity with the Adobe Enterprise Management suite
-Experience managing agencies, third parties
-Proven abilities with stakeholder management
-Good interpersonal skills (including liaising with multiple markets via phone/Skype)
