2x Field Based Recruitment Advisor
Fixed Term Contract 6 Months - 12 Months
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum plus Commission
This role will be recruiting Enforcement Agents regionally
They will be based in Epping but expected to travel nationally regularly.

Communication skills - you're used to talking, negotiating and persuading both over the phone and in person (candidates and internal stakeholders)
Strong work ethic - you're not afraid of long hours, or tough days
Target focused and motivated - up for uncapped commission, focused on sealing the deal
Personality - confident, sociable, hard-working, resilient and self-starter
Ethical - doing all above with high professional and ethical standards. Getting results in the right way
Responsibilities
Direct sourcing applicants on job boards / social media o Cold calling
Referrals
Own networking
Liaising with agencies on resource demand and short listing of applicants
Direct applicants from central recruitment team
Via internal disengagement process
Supporting the movement of potential leavers to other roles, using group demand
Understanding and feeding back to the business core reasons for disengagement of contractors
Ensure leavers are chased for payment of their training costs if within six months of EADP
Proactive networking via social media / agent pool
Source and attend job fairs and follow up all leads created in region
Conducting CV and telephone sifts to determine suitability
Use existing group facilities to source interview locations or book external accommodation as required.
Arranging and conducting field based face2face interviews
Right to work checks
Make offers on conditional basis subject to demand
Send all appropriate paperwork notes right to work IDs etc. to central recruitment team post interview (scanned and post)
Liaise with Central recruitment & L&D to on-board
To keep all successful agents under offer engaged before EADP - contact/L&D liaison
Inform appropriate teams of any drop out pre EADP training
To understand and report on reasons for drop out post offer/pre on boarding
