Senior Lettings Consultant

Our well established client is who is part of an independent Estate/Letting Agency is looking for a Senior Lettings Consultant to work in their Dover office.

As a Senior Lettings Consultant, your role will involve:
*Assisting the Lettings Manager with market appraisals
*Identifying and initiating leads
*Contacting clients on a regular basis
*Identifying requirements for renting and lettings purposes
*Working towards targets
*Attending and participating to morning sales meetings

The successful applicant will need to have the following qualities/skills:
*Results driven with a strong track record for previous sales results
*Experienced in lettings and market appraisals
*Hard-working with the desire and determination to exceed targets
*Self-motivated
*Able to bring new customers into the business
*A desire to develop your career
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary: £20,000-£21,000 plus commission OTE £35,000-£38,000.As you develop your skills through their award winning training programme and progress up the promotional ladder, earnings for their senior people can be double this and more!

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm and some Saturdays 9am -5pm (5 day week)
