Manpower are currently recruiting for a Material Scrap Handler to work for a recycling company who are Global leaders. For four years running they have been in the top 20 of the top 100 sustainable companies. They have multiple sites in the UK and a mighty 90 years experience.

Your responsibility will be to ensure safe loading, sorting and unloading of scrap materials including good organisation to ensure good standards of housekeeping are met.

Below is a breakdown of your responsibilities and accountabilities.

*Assist with the loading and unloading of ships
*Ensure materials are sorted in accordance with company policy
*Process material to conform with grade specifications as directed by site supervisor
*Assist in scheduling of inward and outward transport
*Ensure the working area is kept in a clean and tidy state at all times.
*Liaise with customers, drivers and contractors who visit the site

Wage: £18720
