Production Operative - Days or Nights

Our client a leading industrial supplies company in Ellesmere Port is looking to take on Production Operatives on both day and nights shifts.

As an Operative you may be allocated to different parts of production;

*To safely and accurately prepare wood for manufacture of pallets/wood products to the standard as laid down in the works order as detailed by the Office and Materials Planning Manager.
*On a daily basis complete the nail gun safety checks at start and finish of shift.
*On a daily basis complete the daily safety check sheet for the machine that you are
*Observe Risk assessments/PPE requirements at all times
*Check production paperwork/PDS and work instructions before commencement of job to
Ensure that pallets are made correctly
*Check timber sizes are correct before commencement of job
*Construct first item than check against PDS to ensure correct construction
*Check every 100 pallets.


No experience within the Production industry is needed as training will be provided


This role starts off temporary but will go permanent for the right candidate after a 13 week probation period

We have days and nights shifts available either;
Days - 7am or 8am start 5pm or 5:30pm finish Monday - Thursday and a 4pm Finish on a Friday
Nights - 7pm - 7am Monday to Thursday

Free car parking is available on site and the nearest train start is a 10 minute walk away
