Car Sales Exec (Luxury Brand)

We are looking for a Sales Professional who can build rapport with customers, develop sales conversations with ease and achieve vehicle sales targets. You will be someone who can make an impact and bring results to the business; therefore car sales experience is desirable.

Demonstrating the brand core values, you be selling award winning vehicle models including luxury/sport packages across the New and Used market.

Salary package will include uncapped bonus, company vehicle and further company benefits.


The Role:

* To meet and exceed targets and achieve maximum sales by selling vehicles, promoting finance, insurance and necessary products whilst working with your Sales Manager
* Naturally build rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs and proactively promote vehicle features and benefits to match those needs
* Qualify the customers' needs and present the best match to their requirements
* Demonstrate and present products to customers, highlighting the distinctive features and benefits
* Manage and close existing deals while developing new opportunities
* Process all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner with the support of our sales administrators
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process, ensuring all customer expectations are exceeded
* Prospecting for new business with telephone customer contact in a planned and structured manner
* Develop up to date market knowledge about new products, systems and services



What we are looking for:


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a natural selling ability, with strong negotiating and closing skills. You will preferably have proven car sales experience working towards and achieving targets, along with experience providing excellent customer service.

IT Proficiency is required across Microsoft packages, knowledge of Kerridge is advantageous.

Experience within a Sales role in the motor industry is preferred, however not essential.
