Our client, based in the heart of Manchester city centre, is looking for 4 dynamic individuals to join their team as Employer Engagement Consultants.
What will your new role look like?
- You will develop and implement a range of activity which produces leads and creates the opportunity to sell products and services to employers
- You will work with those employers engaged to identify their recruitment and workforce development needs before selling appropriate services to them
- Developing ongoing relationships with employers, who have used services previously, ensuring that repeat business is generated
- Meeting customers regularly to ensure a good knowledge of the customer base and vacancies needed
- You will advertise all vacancies internally, pre-screen customers prior to submission to employers and arrange interviews with employers
What do you need to succeed in your new role?
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate with employers
- A track record of maximising sales whilst meeting customer requirements
- You will be an excellent networker
- Well-developed IT skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and training services
