Customer Relations Associate

As Customer Relations Associate you will be a member of a team of 8 other Customer Relation colleagues. Reporting to a team leader you will be pivotal in ensuring my client delivers fair customer outcomes promptly & consistently within a FCA regulated environment.

Day to day duties to include:

*Handling & taking ownership of customer complaints
*Delving into the facts of each complaint to ensure a thorough and fair investigation
* Arriving at a suitable outcome with the customer to resolve complex queries
*Using feedback given by customers to improve overall customer experience

Role requirements:


*Customer Service experience - this could be achieved in both a retail, sales or call centre setting
*Relationship builder
*Capable of working as part of a team
*Highly motivated with a can do attitude
