HR Administrator
Position: Temporary Fulltime
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm
Location Slough
Start date: End of August - December 2017
Salary £8.50 per hour
This is an exciting role working with one of Manpower's larger clients
with a mass recruitment program expected to end in December 2017.

Duties
Dealing with queries from potential candidates
Informing candidates of the roles available,
The ability communicate face to face or over the phone
Assisting potential candidates with the paper work involved in the application process, Interviewing candidates
Checking application packs,
Requesting security vetting,
Requesting and chasing candidates references,
Data entry
Payroll systems, arrange training and kit collection.
Attending sites to oversee smooth shift change overs,
(Flexible working hours will be required during this period.)

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be working in a very busy environment with
over 50 candidates a day visiting the recruitment centre.
Experience of being able to work well under pressure is therefore a must.
Excellent communication skills required
You must be confident talking face to face and over the phone to potential candidates and have the ability to reject applications who do not meet the criteria.

The level of compliance required for the client is also very high due to the nature of the business they are in.
Excellent attention to detail is required
Experience of working in recruitment or HR would be preferred for this role, however not essential as full training will be provided.
