About the role:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be liaising with staff out in the field as the face of our company and servicing their needs as a support contact. Ensuring all sales are compliant you will build a relationship with customers over several calls both inbound and outbound to verify the sale whilst keeping within compliance guidelines. The role will also entail administrative duties booking venues for field agents and ordering any stock where necessary.

You'll initially join us on a temporary basis as part of a project due to last until the end of the year, other roles may be available nearer the time and with the experience and knowledge you have gained we wouldn't want to see you go elsewhere. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:
*Initially the pay will be £16,428 pa pro-rata (£7.50 per hour) and after 12 weeks, your pay will automatically increase to £17,027 pa pro-rata (£8.85 per hour).
*You'll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days (including bank holidays)
*There's good transport links nearby, an onsite canteen serving hot and cold food, and a free drinks vending machine.

About you:

Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.

Our contact centre is open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Saturday; so you'll need to be flexible with working hours too.
