A warm and welcoming organisation with huge opportunities based in central Southampton seek as Business Administrator to complement their team.
You would be joining a dedicated and professional team on a full time permanent basis whose values are centralised by great customer service! They offer great quality service and are looking for a strong business administrator to assist in achieving their vision.
The role of Business Administrator focuses will focus on the following areas….

*Assist in high standard, accurate site reports to a high standard for internal and external business needs. Including the weekly Sales Performance Report, Management Report and monthly reporting
* Maintenance of spreadsheets for comparison and data analysis
*Provide support to the senior management team
*Provide financial administration support to the Finance Administrator, covering core responsibilities during holidays and absence
*Responsible for key areas of management reporting under the direction of the Business Support Manager
*Taking minutes of meetings, faxing, photocopying, filing, typing and assist with office processes
*Assist and maintain company information systems
*First point of contact for IT Support and answer the local IT support number escalating where necessary
*Assist the IT team with local tasks
*Main contact for delivery of IT supplies and ensuring correct disposal of IT equipment under strict regulations
*Assist in setting up IT support for meetings
*Liaise with IT suppliers when on site undertaking work
*Provide user induction and IT training and maintain user awareness of IT policy.
*Coordinate communication to on-site team e.g. systems availability.
*Maintain equipment asset registers covering IT, Mechanical Equipment and general office equipment
*Attend relevant IT meetings and provide updates
*Ensure that policies and procedures relevant to the Business Support Team are updated and stored correctly and awareness of these policies and procedures maintained.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes

*GCSE standard or equivalent
*IT Literate
*Administration experience
*Experience of accounts administration.
*Experience of compiling reports
*Customer focused
*Professional telephone manner
*Previous experience of providing support to senior management team
*Experience of cash handling
