Manpower are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading managed services provider based in Milton Keynes who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their existing contact centre team.
Location: Caldecotte, Milton Keynes
Salary: £16,224 - £18,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours p/w + overtime available
Shift: Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 8am&10pm
Our client has a range of contact centre roles specialising in Customer Service, Risk Management, Collections, Back Office, and Help Desk related services for Financial Institutions. These are available immediately.
Responsibilities:
*Delivering a high standard of quality of customer service
*Deal with all complaints in accordance with the Internal Complaints Procedure (ICP). Log any resolved complaints or escalate any unresolved complaints as per the ICP
*Provide on the job training to Team Members
*Floor walk to assist colleagues with queries
*Liaise professionally and effectively with departments ensuring that rapport building is used to maintain the relationship
*Retain and constantly update product knowledge
You will start with a five week training program, where you will see yourself on a progressive learning curve. Your training team will provide full support, to ensure you have the confidence to deliver excellent customer service.
