As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will provide quality mortgage and protection advice over the telephone.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities:

* Achieving sales targets by providing expert advice backed up by excellent customer service
* Working in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
* Gaining professional qualifications. We require you to pass CeMap 1,2 and 3 exams within 2 years of starting. Funding is provided for these.

Personal Specification:

* Maths & English GCSE grade "C" or above with 2 A Levels or equivalent.
* Previous sales experience preferable
* CeMap / CeFa level 1 exam would be advantageous
* Degree education preferable though not essential
* Hard-working self-starter attitude essential

Package:

* A salary of £20K basic with an OTE of £50K (uncapped) but top advisers earned over £70-80K in 2015.
* Company pension available
* Company private health insurance after completion of probation







Minimum Skills List

Education

*A Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at C grade or above and 2 A levels or the equivalent. Relevant Degree qualification would be ideal but not essential.

Communication Skills

*Communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing with clients, colleagues, and business contacts

Technical Skills

*Good working knowledge of IT systems relevant to job role
*Excellent product/industry knowledge
*Adheres to company standards and procedures at all times
