Facilities Maintenance.
£8.50 per hours + Holiday Pay.
Nottingham.

Manpower is working in partnership with a student accommodation company based in Nottingham to recruit for an on-site facilities maintenance candidate. This opportunity is likely to be 1 to 2 months initially with the potential of turning in to an ongoing role.

As part of your responsibilities you will be responsible for:-

*To carry out planned/unplanned building maintenance.
*Assisting contractors with more complex maintenance.
*Carry out minor redecoration work.
*Assist with furniture move - desks and cupboards.
*Carry out minor fixes - noticeboards, door handing.
*Carry out housekeeping duties.
*Carrying out daily health and safety checks.
