We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a well-established team based in Kettering.

You will be working alongside and providing support to two Area Sales Managers. This role will suit you if you're well-organised with a strong ability to prioritise and multi-task.


As Office Administrator your daily duties will include:
*Handling all incoming communications from customers, i.e. telephone calls, e-mails, letters, messages, etc.
*Liaising with Area Sales Managers on all relevant aspects of their individual customer base
*Produce and proactively follow up quotations
*Proactively progress existing sales and arranging appointments with Area Sales Managers
*Assisting in telephone marketing programmes to obtain new Sales Leads and making appointments with potential customers for Area Sales Managers
*Process/progress Sales Opportunities, Quotations and orders
*Keeping accurate and up to date customer database records on system


Skills/Experience required:

*Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Able to prioritise and multi-task
*Able to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
*IT literate
*Attention to detail
Monday - Friday position. Basic salary £15,000 - £18,000 depending on experience.
