This is an exciting new role for a Data Analyst to join our leading IT Client based in Newcastle.
With previous experience in an IT operations environment, you will be required to develop and implement data storage, analysis and reporting solutions for key customer reports and billing.
Reporting to the Workstream Lead, you will also facilitate the development and deployment of office automation and will be responsible for delivering a defined set of activities according to a pre-planned schedule.
This is a diverse role and responsibilities will include:
* Establish and manage suitable data repositories in SharePoint and legacy network shares to allow cross function, collaborative working
* Generate suitable analysis and reporting tooling within excel to track complex and often time critical KPIs
* Provide SME advice with respect to automation and tooling in ongoing process improvement initiatives
* Understand and be able to interpret contractual reporting and data management requirements
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MS Excel (Expert), VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulae and conditional formatting. It would also be preferred for candidates to hold relevant ICT/ITIL qualifications.
If you have strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of management, are comfortable working in pressurized environments and are available to work occasional anti-sociable hours, then this could be your ideal role.
Please note that the post holder must have or be able to obtain SC security clearance.
