We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Workload Coordinator for our Client based in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the work queue and for the distribution o of new and returning tickets in the Migration Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the work queue for new/ returning tickets
- Assigning workloads to engineers
- Work alongside the Workstream Lead to validate incoming incidents to ensure they have been assigned correctly
- Return any miss-assigned incidents
- Ensure the User Guidance documentation is updated with resolutions to incidents
- Work with the Problem Management Team to correctly manage incidents within known error processes
- Escalate repeated incidents/ issues
- Ad hoc tasking as required

- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads for both yourself and others
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data

- Good understanding of other infrastructure technologies e.g. vitalisation, clustering
- Good understanding of managing change in a large Enterprise
- Awareness of ITIL practices and processes

- Have the ability to work under pressure within demanding timeframes
- Good attention to detail
