Customer Service Advisor / Customer Care Advisor

Manpower is currently recruiting for Customer Care Team Advisors to work for our financial service client based in Birmingham City Centre.

The purpose of the Customer Care Team Advisor is to strive for optimising and improving the quality level of customer service by providing customers with updates regarding their complaints.

Below is a list of the main tasks the Advisor needs to focus on:

* Be able to interact with the customer in fluent English, via phone.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Execute the standard processes in customer service within the defined time frame.
* Possess a desire to provide the highest quality service.
* Provide customers with necessary updates.
* Handle a high volume of calls and remain high spirited.
* To identify and log complaints if needed and make sure follow up is done according to procedure by passing on to the relevant team.


The ideal candidate will:

* Have experience in either over the phone or face to face customer service.
* Be PC literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Have a strong sense of accountability.
* Have a passion for delivering first class customer experience.
* Have a helpful and friendly tone.

This is a 35 hour per week temporary contract with a fully flexible shift pattern rotational between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

The successful candidate will receive full training, 33 holidays per year on a pro rata basis and exposure to the working dynamics of a leading financial services organisation which can offer many other career opportunities.

Due to the nature of this role, you'll be required to pass a credit check and will need to be able to provide us with written proof of your work activity from the past two years.
