Order to Cash Analyst

Due to our client's rapid growth within their finance sector, Manpower currently has an exciting opportunity for Order to Cash Analyst.

In this role, you will combine analytical and stakeholder management skills, working closely with Customer Services, Web & Tech, Warehouse and Stock team.
You will be an ambitious quick learner able to work in dynamic, fast-growing environment.

This role will report to the Lead Accountant within the Finance function.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Primarily responsible for the performance of a daily cash reconciliation for all revenue streams
* Ensure all online orders are paid for and reconciled to orders dispatched
* Review the ageing of store credit balances, gift cards and credit notes
* Ensure all cash processed via merchant service providers is received in a timely manner, highlighting any delays in receipt
* Reconciling cash banked and card receipts of all retail stores on a daily basis and liaising with stores wherever discrepancies are found
* Review refunds made in the period, and understand the reasons for refunds (cash and store credit)
* Undertake bank and PayPal account reconciliations
* Resolve misallocations
* Monitor and resolve queries
* Strive to look for better ways to work within the business, to improve the control environment.
* Assist in the design of processes to align with ERP implementation

Essential skills and Attributes

* To succeed in this role it is essential that you are an intermediate level user of Excel, familiar with VLOOKUPS, PIVOT tables and writing formula.
* You are required to work with large amounts of data efficiently and accurately therefore recent experience in an analyst or accounts receivable role is preferable.
* We require an individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to focus in an interruption-prone environment
* An analytical mind and a logical approach is required to solve problems that may arise, in addition to excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
* You need to be able to remain calm under pressure, work to deadline and have very strong attention to detail.
* Personality is key for this role as you will need to be ambitious with an outgoing and customer focused nature.
* You will need to possess strong communication skills and provide excellent customer service.
* Your role will involve working through a comprehensive schedule of work and using initiative to enter data accurately.
* Effective time management skills
