Service Desk Representative

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment based in Dounreay. Our client is seeking customer focused individuals to join a successful team as Service Desk Representative. As a Global Market leader within the IT service and support industry our client invests in people and as such is looking for open minded individuals.

Candidate Profile

*Taking calls from service users with a variety of IT issues
*Using a web based system to diagnose and resolve the issue
*Logging the incident
*Ensuring service users are provided with excellent service whilst meeting targets and deadlines

The ideal candidate will be confident in using their own initiative to resolve issues quickly and effectively whilst diligently and accurately recording the information on the client's in house system. Full training will be given.

*A basic knowledge of IT systems and computer packages such as Microsoft Office
*A customer focused attitude and willingness to provide excellent customer service
*A can do attitude and self-motivated approach
