Our client, based in Swanley, is looking for chefs of varying levels, from Executive to Chefs de partie to support in their events for 2017 and beyond.You will be working on an ad-hoc basis and will be required depending on the event being run. Covers will vary but can be up to 100 covers per event.
The ideal candidates will:
- Be flexible
- Have previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
- take pride in their work
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Be willing to get involved in all areas of the kitchen
The majority of events will be working to set menus decided in advance and you will be informed of the menu prior to undertaking any assignment.
Hourly rates are varied depending on the assignment and will be determined on the event and level of chef required.
