We are seeking a talented Operational Support Analyst to join a fast growing Energy Supplier based in Nottingham. The individual will work in our back office operations team, managing ongoing processes and requests that affect our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational /Administrative

*Perform the Ready for Business check at the start of business day
*Manages and monitor the operational workflows
*Manage data related to the registration of metering points (customers), appointment of industry agents, the set - up of metering points and processing of customers' meter readings
*Manages our industry agents and coordinates operational activities with them as required
*Managing different metering requests and issue
*Working on metering and billing activities
*Interaction with different internal teams to resolve different customer issues and complaints
*Help implement and adhere to business processes to ensure productivity
*Investigate all order related issues and resolve accordingly
*Maintain records and produce regular statistical information and management report
*Testing all the developed system to ensure its meets business requirements
*Working with company procedures and ensuring all smooth business operations
*Perform Administrative work such as organising meeting, gathering paper work
*Resolve escalated issues from customer support team using company's procedure.
*Produce and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc Management & regulatory reports
*Interacting with different industry parties, resolving issues raised at the first point of contact

Customer Services

*Managing customers' emergency metering issues, escalating to the relevant parties as applicable
*Working as an emergency metering contact for resolving customers' metering issues that come up outside working hours.
*Arranging services for customers
*Inputting data and records on the system

Skills Required

*Excellent customer service skills
*Good communication skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Skilled in MS Packages including: Excel, Ms Word and Outlook
*Good computer knowledge required

REQUIRED:

University Degree Qualification

Hours: 40 per week,
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm / 10am - 7pm
1 weekend standby shift per month
