Marketing & Administration Officer needed for a new start up company.

The company was founded this year by an entrepreneur with much experience of running businesses, mainly in London.

The business will be the middle man between clients (SME's - Small and Medium Enterprises) and business service providers.

As a new business, this role is an excellent opportunity to become part of an exciting adventure and play a key part in its growth.

As the Marketing and Administration Officer, you would be required to;
* Help to identify, cultivate & recruit local businesses in the Fareham and Gosport area, both th SME's that require services and the service providers themselves
* Develop a marketing strategy to promote the business by means of literature, adverts, social media etc to promote a strong online presence
* Website development
* Invoicing, basic book keeping, database management, regulatory requirements
* Event management - Attending networking events
* Personal Assistant - Handling emails, phone calls, diary management, travel arrangements, arranging meetings.

The salary offered is offered on a full time basis of 40 hours per week with 4 weeks paid holiday. Additional benefits include a workplace pension, gym membership.

THIS WILL BE WORKING FROM HOME UNTIL AN OFFICE SPACE IS ACQUIRED - THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN IDENTIFYING THE OFFICE LOCATION

The working day can be flexible around family but commitment to the role and company is essential.
