An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a HR Data Analyst based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 3 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying up to £32,662.50 per annum. pro rata, depending on experience.
Candidates must be available to start 2nd October and interviews will take place 28th/29th September.
Background/General Purpose of Position:
Overall objective is to lead the data clean-up of Workplace & Travel Services Global Data to enable effective 2017 and 2018 FTE target setting
Responsibilities:
Reporting and manipulation of HR Data on the system
Working with Local HR and Local Managers (across the globe), identify people who are incorrectly placed under Workplace & Travel Services
Support the local HR/Line Manager to drive negotiations as required to move those incorrectly in WTS, back to their correct Function on the system
Support Finance to ensure that we have people under correct cost centres
Set up system to accurately track changes month on month and to provide a process to try to avoid inaccurate data reporting moving forward
Accountabilities/Deliverables:
Ensuring the data on the Workday HR system, accurately reflect headcount by end of the assignment
Ensure accurate Headcount targets are set
Ensure sustainable plan in place to try to maintain "clean" data moving forward
Key Skills Required
HR Systems working knowledge (preference Workday)
Excel to intermediate level (pivot tables and data manipulation)
Some experience in analysing data and draw insights to identify issues
Process management and highly organised - own end to end process, driving things to completion
Excellent communication skills
Independent, organised and self-driven
Proactive trouble shooting
Attention to detail
Key Experience and Qualifications Required
Individuals in this role will have strong level of experience in HR data systems and processes. Full working knowledge of Workday is desirable.
The type of person in this role will have a passion for data.
Strong organisation skills will be important, as well as attention to detail and diligence.
The individual will need to multitask and see work through to full implementation.
Working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces will be part of the role so strong relationship building and communication skills are key.
Track record of delivery in HR systems and data analysis is important (2 years +)
