Our Edinburgh based client has a superb opportunity for an administrator within a highly reputable membership organisation. You must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and organisational skills. You will also be required to work closely with the Faculty Executive and stakeholders, and staff within the Faculty and the wider College.

You will also have responsibility for promptly responding to a range of enquiries from a variety of sources ranging from electronic, telephone, social media and face-to-face. Implementing and maintaining filing systems, Administration of applications across all Faculty activities and providing full secretariat support to facilitate Faculty meetings including preparation of agendas and minutes in a timeous manner and proactively following up actions.

Input, manage and maintain information on College databases and systems. Updating website, and managing social media posts and platforms. Responsibility for scheduling meetings, bookings rooms, equipment, hotels, catering and travel.
The nature of the job requires that the post‐holder will be required to work outside of normal working hours from time to time. The Faculty Administrator will also be required to travel and to work away from their primary place of work, Edinburgh, which will require overnight stays away from their normal place of residence. These commitments are an integral part of the job's activities.
