My client based in the City Centre has an urgent temporary requirement for a receptionist/administrator. An immediate start is available and the role is initially available until the end of September although this is likely to be extended.
Working hours are from 08:15 to 16:45 Monday to Friday and the ideal candidate will have previous reception experience.
Main Responsibilities
Day to Day running of the Reception.
Administration support for the team.
Visitor and contractor co-ordination
Ensure evacuation and emergency procedures are correctly carried out
Duties
To answer and direct all internal and external calls efficiently.
To register & guide staff, contractors and visitors courteously and efficiently.
To manage bookings for Conference / meeting rooms.
To ensure correct procedures are adhered to for Leisure facilities.
Assist with Issuing of access control passes
Respond to alarms and Security Issues
Assist with Post Room operations.
Respond to and log Helpdesk calls.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Reception and administrative related experience an advantage.
PC Literate, experience with MS Office packages an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills.
Self-starter.
Prepared to work and develop in a team environment
