We are working with a pioneering company based in Oxford who has a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join them on a temporary basis. This company work within the pharmaceutical sector and are looking for a driven candidate to join their successful office. With a focus on internal development, this business offers excellent benefits to staff as well as the opportunity to work in a sector which is making a real difference within healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
*Obtaining travel quotes, managing and tracking expenses and sourcing potential venues for meetings. Ensure costings are provided to meeting organisers and relevant POs are raised.
*Log and track all contracts and work with the legal team to make sure compliant working is in place.
*Consolidate and manage multiple calendar events to ensure timely attendance of top priority events.
*Liaising with team members to provide timely reports on behalf of the team at meetings.
*Manage the administrative workload for the team and act as PA support for the Associate Director.
Key Skills/Experience:
*Must have previous Administrative experience as well as experience in PA duties.
*Must be able to learn quickly and have good knowledge of MS Office and typing skills.
*Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and communicate handovers effectively.
*Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative within work.
*Must be proactive and able to chase up internal and external contacts in order to work in a compliant manner.
