Manpower are currently recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to join a well-established estate agent in Gerrard's Cross, to start ASAP.
Do you have experience as a Lettings Negotiator? Are you looking to take the next step in your career and possibly move into a management role in the next 18 months? Do you have a proven track record in your local market place of achieving sales targets and figures? Do you have a full clean driving licence ? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you!!!

You will manage the lettings side of the business and have the opportunity to manage and develop a team as the business continues to grow. The opportunities to fast track your career is vast!!
You will be rewarded for your hard work and results with excellent growth opportunities and the opportunity to earn significant commission.
As a Assistant Manager - you will manage the lettings side of the business, manage the existing lettings portfolio, business development to establish new letting opportunities. You will also be required to manage existing tenants and landlords.
Other duties include dealing with new enquiries from applicants looking to rent the available properties, carrying out viewings on a daily basis to secure offers on the properties.
Our client offers a great training and development scheme, as well as a great salary package, including commission, bonus and benefits. In this role you will work every other Saturday. Working hours: 8.30 - 6.00 Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 4.00 Saturdays.
