Part-time Telephone Researcher

We are looking for a part-time telephone researcher to join a small team based at Sussex University.

This is a part-time role and the hours are flexible. You will be working two shifts each week and you must do one evening shift out of the two. Each shift will be between 4 - 7 hours long.

The duty of this role will be to call patients who have offered to take part in clinical research and you will be speaking to them about the process of what will happen during this research. Therefore, we are looking for a mature individual who has a fantastic telephone manner and great customer service.
