We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative for a national leading distribution based just outside of Tamworth. You will be joining their expanding team helping to provide an efficient and satisfactory service to their customers UK wide.
The main purpose of the role is to deal with queries internally and externally on a daily basis both via email or telephone, ensuring all customers queries are dealt efficiently and in a professional manner.
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will be:
*Providing a high standard of customer service and remain professional all times
*Deal with all daily enquiries/complaints by customers either over the phone, email or social media channels
*Seek increased customer satisfaction and retention through achieving a solution first time for all customers before escalation
*If escalation is required to contact the appropriate Team Leader in a professional manner and follow company guidelines
*Update all records on systems and ensure all calls are logged
*Advising customers on their orders
*Taking orders from customers over the phone when required
*Liaising with other departments and stores
*Carry out all administrative tasks where required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Excellent customer service
*Professional, respectful and calm at all times
*Ability to work within a team and use own initiative where required
*Able to adapt conversational style to build good rapport with customers
*Administrative skills
*Time management skills
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Motivated, good work ethic and passionate
*Ability to work within a fast paced environment
*IT Literate
Hours/Pay Rate:
Monday to Friday 8 hours a day between 06:00am - 17:00pm
Either 06:00-14:00 / 09:00-17:00
Also required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 06:00am - 12:00pm
£8.00 p/h
