Barista

This new company is starting three new tea stores in Angel and Moorgate and are looking for experienced barista's to come in and work together for the growth and development of the company. There are a number of roles that the right candidate will be expected to do including standard service behind the bar, promoting the brand front of store and promoting sales but there is also a very keen idea for personal development within the business. Learning more of the operational aspect of the company with the idea to be able to progress through the company.

Pay rate is £8.50 - £9 to start with potential bonus based on sales. It is a full time position working between 40-45 hours a week with over time available. Hours will be 07.00-17.00

Although the company is starting small, they have big ideas with several future stores already in the development stage. This role is for an ambitious and hard working person as they will be given more responsibility as the company expands.

Any experience within the Tea industry would be an advantage although training will be provided.
