Manpower is recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Glasgow. Our client helps their client base build customer experience strategies and is a globally recognised company for its leadership and best practices.
What we offer?
£16,016 per annum
40 hours per week - hours spread over - Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and 9am to 4pm Saturdays and Sundays
Classroom based training in the first few weeks of the role
Monthly recognition prizes based on performance
This role has potential to be temp to perm for the right candidate.
What to expect?
Receive inbound calls, answer queries from customers & provide them with speedy and efficient solutions.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Handle customer queries and respond in a timely and efficient manner
Liaise with Team Leader and escalate queries when necessary
Record and log calls/customer details
What you need?
Experience in a call centre environment
Customer service experience
Excellent telephone manner and ability to listen actively
Driven, motivated and determined to achieve targets
Team player and ability to learn quickly
Interest/Knowledge of smart phones
IT Literate
