Manpower are currently assisting a dynamic and fast paced construction company who are now looking to hire a number of Purchase Ledger Clerks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a high growth business.


Opportunity:

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be required to work within a high energy finance team and work alongside the Purchase Ledger Manager.

Responsibilities:

Prepare material plant and invoice credits on return

Ensure monthly statements are reconciled to the relevant account

Missing invoices/credits are to be processed

Deal with disputes pass call on when necessary

Supplier Chasing

Payment runs are processed once a week and authorised by Finance Manager

Process payment runs through Sage

Process up to 200 invoices a day
