Customer Service Agent - German Speaking
Manpower is recruiting staff to join our Client's customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multicultural team and to provide an excellent service to customers around the world. As part of this team you will be representing our Client's global brand while communicating with customers via email, telephone and social media platforms.
Your responsibilities
*Providing an advanced level of customer service via telephone, email, white mail, fax and social media in a proactive and forward thinking approach.
*Build relationships with the customers whilst empathising with the customer enquiry.
*Providing professional, accomplished communication to a wide range of customers from varying backgrounds.
*Represent a global brand while communicating on social media platforms.
*Going the extra mile for the customer and to build on the foundations that their brand stands for.
*Ensuring personal Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are achieved.
Your profile
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
*Proven record of providing internal and external customer service orientation.
*Flexibility.
*Proven level of customer service: Ideally within a contact centre environment.
*Awareness of the impact social media can have on a global brand.
*Excellent understanding of social media platforms.
*Experience of using CRM tools/software.
*Good understanding and use of MS Office applications (essential).
*Innovative and solution orientated mind-set.
