Part Time Customer Service Advisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Bosch are currently looking for two Part-time Customer Service Advisors based in Liverpool City Centre. This is an on-going role working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 12.PM & PM or AM and 12:PM. Rate of pay: £7.72 per hour. A quarterly performance bonus of up to 8% also available, as well as excellent holiday entitlement of 33 days per year.

This role will very soon, so you MUST be available immediately.

You must also be available FULL-TIME for the first 2 weeks as this is when training will be provided (09:00-17:00)


Job description:

You will be taking calls from customers providing first-line service in relation to boilers and heating systems. You could be arranging service visits and repairs or helping customers trouble-shoot more basic issues. In all cases you will use your customer service expertise to deliver a first class, unforgettable experience.
