Full time Customer Service Advisor

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Bosch are currently looking for one full time Customer Service Advisor based in Liverpool City Centre. This is an on-going role working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 8:00am and 17:00pm. Rate of pay: £7.72 per hour. A quarterly performance bonus of up to 8% also available, as well as excellent holiday entitlement of 33 days per year.

This role will start very soon, so you MUST be available immediately.

You must also be available FULL-TIME for the first 2 weeks as this is when training will be provided (09:00-17:00)


Job description:

You will be taking calls from customers providing first-line service in relation to boilers and heating systems. You could be arranging service visits and repairs or helping customers trouble-shoot more basic issues. In all cases you will use your customer service expertise to deliver a first class, unforgettable experience.
