Production Staff Required

Manpower is one of the UK's leading recruitment companies, experts in the world of work. We are working in partnership with a major global boiler manufacturer to recruit staff in the Chesterfield area.

We are looking for production staff to work on behalf of our client in temporary roles. Working within different teams within the site you could be involved in the first stages of manufacture or working further down the lines completing the finish products ready for inspection and final quality checks.

The hours offered for the role is will be on an AD HOC basis and will be to cover short falls in staffing. You will be fully trained in the different areas of manufacture and will be called on to cover as and when required. This may be with notice or on the same day.

You will have a proven background in assembly or production typically gained from a manufacturing environment, be an excellent team player with the ability to work under your own initiative and a flexible approach to work. The shifts for the site vary due to order book and production needs may include a night shift.

Pay rates start at £7.50 per hour for day shifts, £7.70 per hour for late shifts. You will have the added benefit of working for Manpower including weekly pay, holiday pay, pension scheme along with many others.
