This is an exciting opportunity within a new built sales environment and they need the best possible people on board to help them to succeed - that's where you come in.
As people go around their daily business, you'll pop up in a host of different locations such as high streets, supermarkets or events. You'll be there to amaze new and current customers with E.ON's awesome products and services.
You'll know how to stop all sorts of people in their tracks and have fascinating conversations that give you an opportunity to build up a quick rapport to gain new sales. Crucially, you're super-resilient and full of get-up-and-go. No amount of rejection makes you pack-up-and-leave before you meet those targets.
We'll give you all the support you need to hit the ground running. With two weeks of comprehensive training, you'll have time to work on the skills and knowledge to help you to be the best. The role will be covering the South West region and could be based in the following locations;

* Birmingham
* Wolverhampton
* Coventry
* Walsall
* Redditch



You will be required to attend 2 weeks classroom based training at an E.ON site (overnight stay and travel over induction period)
The Role
*Be the face of E.ON offering products and services directly to both new and existing customers with other colleagues at one of their retail stands.
*Engage with potential new customers by introducing them to E.ON's brand, and demonstrating E.ON's products & services.
*Lead conversations with what's important for the customer and asking the right questions to gain a quick understanding of what's important to them and demonstrate a tailored solution to their needs.
*Always listening, confirming and ensuring you are following the Sales Compliance Framework to ensure that all sales are compliant.
*To achieve key performance indicators across a range of sales and service quality parameters.
*To identify opportunities and generate quality sales leads; appointments for other sales and service channels/departments.
*To provide useful and practical advice to customers as required example energy efficiency advice i.e. explaining a bill.
*To reflect both in personal demeanour and professional integrity the image of the company to all new and existing customers.
*To attend and participate in meetings, training programmes and company briefings as required.
*To adhere with all company policies and instructions, focused on ensuring your personal safety and that of the general public.
*On a day to day basis the E.ON pop up venue consultant will need to be responsible for their own time keeping, arranging breaks and lunches with colleagues to ensure the venue is covered at all times (this will be supported by an element of operational planning).
*To be alert to competitor products services and practices activities and to proactively share with the wider teams.

What E.ON can offer you?

Pay Rate: 17,500 basic + Commission
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours a week including 2 Saturdays a month.
Duration: 12 weeks Assignment on a temporary basis.
