Job Details
You'll be out and about, working independently in your local community. So you'll use your negotiation skills to recover, resolve and prevent future debt, whilst working with minimal supervision. You'll also be a great communicator that delivers an excellent customer service and always remains calm under pressure.
You'll be given a company van and fuel card so you can travel between customer properties, so you'll need to have a full UK manual driving licence for this role.
Before you start, you'll be invited to take part in a two week training course, so you're fully equipped with everything you need to know before starting your role. You'll also receive a salary of £20,567 per annum, plus 31 days annual leave a year.
This role involves working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
