Production/Packaging Operative

Manpower is one of the UK's leading recruitment companies, experts in the world of work. We are working in partnership with a major global brand to recruit staff in the Elland area.

We are continuously looking for production and packing staff to work on behalf of our client in full time long term temporary roles. Working within different teams within the site you could be involved in the final stages of manufacture or working further down the lines packing the end products for dispatch to the customer.

The site operates shifts and this role will work rotational days and afternoon shifts and is a guaranteed 38 hour week.

Due to the location of the site having your own transport would be an advantage. Public transport does not operate to the area for early starts and late finishes.

You will have a proven background in a machine operating environment typically gained from a manufacturing environment, be an excellent team player with the ability to work under your own initiative to tight deadlines and quality standards. You will also have a good standard of education with GCSEs (Grades A-C)/NVQ standard or equivalent or vocational qualifications

Pay rates for the roles start at £7.50 per hour and will increase after 12 weeks employment.
