Position Part time sales advisor Saturday and Sunday

Salary £9.03ph

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Sales advisor; you will need to have a passion for sales and achieving KPI's. As a Sales Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for the customers. You will be driving sales and achieving KPI's, selling merchandise and insurance, following up enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their needs and dealing with administration and ensuring all store standards are maintained. You will need to be highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organises work, planning and prioritising tasks and making decisions as appropriate to ensure objectives are achieved.
Maintains a positive outlook, working on own initiative and demonstrating a committed and flexible approach.
Understands role and responsibilities and works within the team to deliver results, recognising the contribution of self and others.

Maximises sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services available and ensuring that standards of service consistently exceed customer expectations.

Accurately completes store administration and assists in preparing and conducting weekly and monthly tasks.
Continually reviews own performance and requests feedback, whilst seeking opportunities to take on new learning.
