We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients based in Fife.

Supporting the Operations and Maintenance department, your duties may include: typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. You may also be required to work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analysing information.

You will need to be able to multitask and prioritise and have excellent verbal and communication skills.

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point) and email systems is essential. You will need to have strong administrative coordination abilities and customer service experience
