Manpower is currently recruiting for a Marketing Analyst on behalf of our client, a large multinational financial services organisation. This is a temporary role for 9 months, starting as soon as possible and will be working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

The Commerce Marketing team is part of the wider organisations capability and analytics team whose mission is to deploy innovative and best in class payments capabilities that make it safe, easy and rewarding for The organisations customers to transact with their Card, e.g. Mobile Payments, Contactless and Online Checkout. Reporting into the Manager, Commerce Marketing this role presents an opportunity to help shape and implement marketing programs in partnership with global markets which unlocks the brand equity of our commerce products and ultimately results in increased Card Member engagement and spend.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing programs which can scale across multiple countries and makes use of multiple touch points: email, The organisation web banners, social and search
  • Work with our creative / media agencies. Lead creative briefings, developments and content localization to suit marketing program objectives
  • Coordination and project management of multi country marketing programs (including creative assets, approvals, campaign set up and execution support) with local markets / teams
  • Work closely with the analytics team to interrogate data and identify Card Member segments; use insight to build out messaging.
  • Measurement of campaign performance, identify optimisations and feed into future campaigns
  • Work closely with product teams to identify Card Member value position of their capabilities; translate into meaningful marketing programs
  • Distil and share best practice as appropriate

Required skills:

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful marketing programmes across multiple channels
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Previous experience in Marketing, proven through successful examples of execution. Must able to point to ability to manage multiple parties, ensuring a focus on defined strategy and desired business outcomes.
  • Comfortable with Data / Analytics to infer and influence marketing decisions. Thoroughness in measuring campaign performance and identify opportunities
  • Strong relationship building skills and proven ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders & partners.
  • Must be comfortable working across global markets and cultures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
