Manpower are recruiting for Customer Service Administrators / NHS Healthcare Co-ordinators in Sale. You will be working at the Trafford Co-ordination Centre (TCC) on behalf of our Client and the NHS Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group.

The TCC is a brand new approach to co-ordinating NHS healthcare and has been designed to deliver an efficient and effective way for patients, family members and carers to access the health and social care services needed.

You will be a single point of contact for the community with a good telephone manner, a high level of interpersonal skills and a confidential and caring manner towards customers. The patient experience is extremely important and part of this role will include proactively engaging with patients to book appointments and transport. You will need to possess an understanding and ability to work with sensitive, complex and confidential situations.

In addition, a flexible and adaptable approach to work is required in order to be comfortable in a fast changing environment. Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare role is advantageous. IT skills including working with databases are essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

These positions are full time and temporary for an initial 6 months. At the end of this period, there will be permanent roles available depending on performance and business demand.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo Her Majesty's Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment vetting. This includes verification of your identity, criminal record, and nationality and immigration status. We also require evidence of your employment/education history over the last 3 years. We may also require an overseas criminal record check if you have spent more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 3 years. Further information will be given at assessment stage.
