Manpower are recruiting for an experienced HR assistant on behalf of our client a well established events company based in Edinburgh City Centre.
You will be supporting the HR manager and managing all aspects of the administration function within the dept including, recruitment, training, employment queries and document management.
Key responsibilities -
- Recruitment - advertising, liaising with candidates, arranging interviews and arranging inductions
- Arranging training, feed back and managing training records
- Maintaining HR databases making sure they are all up to date
- Managing the HR Mail box
- Assisting with all admin tasks as and when required
Personal attributes -
- Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independatly
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
- Proficient use of Microsoft excel and excellent IT skills
