Technical Support Agent
We have an exciting opportunity for a number of IT Support Agents to join our growing team in Chesterfield.
Working at our Client site, you will be the first point of contact for a variety of IT issues via telephone and email. Providing a first class customer support service you will log all incidents and fixes whilst trying to resolve customer issues first time.
We are keen to hear from people with excellent communication skills, a great telephone manner and professional attitude with a strong interest in IT. Previous experience in a call centre and/or customer service environment would be advantageous.
This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your IT career and develop existing customer service skills. Full training will be provided to ensure you are given the tools required to succeed in your role.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must have or be able to obtain BPSS security clearance.
