Working within a market leading, global IT company the successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, striving for excellence with each and every contact.
As the single point of contact for users, you will respond to a variety of IT issues. Not an IT expert? Not a problem as full training will be provided alongside ongoing, on the job support from our highly skilled management team.
Using excellent customer service and problem solving skills, you will ensure that customer IT issues are fixed first time. We are keen to hear from people with excellent communication skills, great telephone manner, a professional attitude, and a strong interest in IT. Previous experience in customer service and/or a contact centre environment would be advantageous.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm so you'll be working a variety of shift patterns between these times. There is no weekend or night working!
Please note that successful applicants will be required to undergo Her Majesty's Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment vetting. This includes verification of your identity, criminal record, nationality, and immigration status. We also require evidence of your employment/ education history over the last 3 years. We may also require an overseas criminal record check if you have spent more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 3 years. Further information will be given at assessment stage.
