HR Change Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our Global FMCG Client, are currently seeking a HR Change Manager for a pivotal role in the UK business, based at their prestigious facility in Kingston Upon Thames , Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying up to £500 per day (LTD only).
HR Change background managing change in UK, and if possible experience of working across Europe with works councils. (We will be working at pace, so need someone who can bring change experience to the role so they can help me to run with it).
Highly organised with strong project experience Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales Excellent communicator as will need to liaise with contacts across the world, and at times with Vice Presidents.
Will also help with building communication decks, so need to have very strong English language, verbal and written.
Role will work closely with HRBPs , Recruiters, Finance and the Project Management office.
Responsibility will ultimately be to help to drive the project through to completion.
Helping to ensure we are supporting HRBPs with comms and queries relating to their business areas.
They will be first point of contact for all queries on the project.
- 8-10 years post grad with experience in managing change in UK (e.g. employee relations around collective consultation).
- Knowledge of works councils in Europe would be an advantage, but as long as they have UK change knowledge they will be fine to learn about working with Europe HR on their changes.
- Ability to demonstrate previous Global Maitrix Organisation experience preferably at this level.
